Length: 22 Miles
Ascent: 838 m
Time: 3 hrs
Tech Grade: Hard
Fitness Grade: Hard
Av. Trail Rating:

Description:-
A winding tour on the bridleways south of Guisborough. Start from Pinchinthorpe car park and climb on the fireroads to the gate below Highcliffe Nab. You then descend to Sleddale farm across moorland bridleway. Climb back to the edge of Guisborough forest then cut down to the foot of Roseberry Topping, an impressive rocky outcrop overlooking Middlesbrough (watch out for the steps!). Winding singletrack then brings you out on the road to Great Ayton. Head towards Captain Cook's monument and you are soon back on overgrown singletrack winding towards Kildale. From there, it's a short, steep climb back up to Kildale moor and back towards Guisborough forest, finishing with the "secret path" then "Les's" trails.
