 Tyn-y-Coed woods
Very fast mtb trails through the woods. A variation of trails, some easy and some more technical. There are some fast DH trails which are good fun. Directions; Exit M4 at Llantrisant and head towards Talbot Green, take the first right towards Groes Faen. Once you have past the village take a left down ty-nant road towards Creigiau. Once you come to the cross roads take a left and then tun right at tyn-y-coed road. Follow the road up until you get to a car parking area.
